奥林匹克广播组织

　　奥林匹克广播组织，简称OBO，是负责制作国际电视和广播信号，并为奥运会转播商提供奥运会转播所需的设施和服务的机构。除了制作国际电视和广播信号外，OBO还需负责在场地和国际广播中心（IBC)安装和运营转播技术设施，并提供单边奥运会转播所需要的广播电信传输服务和其他服务。OBO还为转播权持有者提供与奥运会组委会及其他本地机构的协调服务。

　　注：2004年和2006年奥运会，OBO是组委会设立的公司；2008年，是北京奥组委和OBS建立的合资公司；从2010年起，它将是国际奥委会的广播服务公司OBS的一项职能。

　　Olympic Broadcasting Organisation (OBO)

　　The Olympic Broadcast Organisation ‘OBO’ is the organisation, which has the responsibility of producing the ITVR Signals and for the further purpose of providing broadcasters with the facilities and services necessary for broadcasting the Olympic Games. In addition to generating the ITVR Signals, the OBO must install and operate the technical broadcasting facilities at the venues and the IBC, provide broadcast telecommunications and other services that may be required for the unilateral broadcast coverage of the Olympic Games, and serve the Rights Holders by acting as the interface with the OCOG and other local organisations.

　　NOTE: For 2004 and 2006, this is an OCOG established company. For 2008 it is a joint operating venture between BOCOG and OBS. From 2010 onwards, it is a function of the IOC’s broadcast company OBS.

　　Organisme de Radio-Télévision Olympique (ORTO)

　　L'Organisme de Radio-Télévision Olympique (ORTO) est l'organisme chargé de produire les signaux ITVR (signaux internationaux de radio et de télévision) et de mettre à la disposition des diffuseurs les moyens et services nécessaires à la retransmission des Jeux Olympiques. Qui plus est, l'ORTO doit mettre en place et faire fonctionner les installations techniques de diffusion sur les sites et au CIRTV, fournir les télécommunications et autres services pouvant être requis pour la couverture unilatérale des Jeux Olympiques, et aider les détenteurs de droits en assurant la liaison entre le COJO et d'autres organisations locales.

　　REMARQUE : Pour 2004 et 2006, l'ORTO est une société créée par le COJO. Pour 2008, la fonction de diffusion hôte sera assurée par une co-entreprise créée entre le BOCOG et l'OBS. À partir de 2010, la fonction de diffusion hôte sera assurée par la société de diffusion du CIO, l'OBS.
