主新闻中心

　　主新闻中心，简称MPC，是奥运会的一个非竞赛场馆。它是奥运会期间注册的文字和图片新闻机构的主要工作场地。从性质上讲，MPC是E卡注册媒体的神经中枢，24小时为他们提供服务和设施。它是为注册媒体提供一切支持、新闻和信息服务的主要中心。

　　对于夏季奥运会来说，MPC一般坐落在国际广播中心附近，并临近奥运会的中心区域和田径和游泳等主要项目的比赛场馆。对于冬季奥运会来说，IBC和MPC通常在同一地点并被称为主媒体中心，简称MMC。

　　Main Press Centre (MPC)

　　The Main Press Centre (MPC) is an Olympic non-competition venue and is the central work place for the accredited written and photographic press at the Olympic Games. Essentially, the MPC is the nerve centre for the E accredited media, providing them with 24-hour support and facilities. It is the main centre for all support, news and information services for the accredited press. For the Summer Games, the MPC is generally situated in close proximity to the IBC and close to the main Olympic precinct and major sports such as athletics and aquatics. For the Winter Games, the IBC and MPC are often co-located and become known as a Main Media Centre (MMC).

　　Centre Principal de Presse (CPP)

　　Le Centre Principal de Presse (CPP) est un site olympique et le lieu de travail central de la presse écrite et photographique accréditée aux Jeux Olympiques. Par essence, le CPP est le centre névralgique des médias accrédités E et leur offre 24 heures sur 24 les installations et services nécessaires à leur travail. C’est aussi le lieu où tous les services d'assistance, de presse et d’information destinés à la presse accréditée sont centralisés. Pour les Jeux de l'Olympiade (Jeux Olympiques d'été), le CPP est généralement situé à proximité immédiate du Centre International de Radio et Télévision (CIRTV) et à proximité du complexe olympique principal et des grands sports tels que l'athlétisme et les sports aquatiques. Pour les Jeux Olympiques d'hiver, le CIRTV et le CPP sont souvent situés dans un même lieu et le complexe ainsi formé est appelé Centre Principal des Médias (CPM).
